The following requirements must be met in order to be eligible to attend a Leadership Course:

Fitness - Males - 1.5 Miles in 11 minutes / Females - 1.5 Miles in 12 minutes 30 seconds

Age - 16 or 17 throughout the course

Rank - Cdt / Cpl / Sgt (FSs or CWOs are not eligible)

 WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAMME 2010

HQ Air Cadets has arranged a number of work experience courses. The courses are aimed at air cadets considering a career in the RAF and provide and ideal opportunity to gain an insight to the life and roles  and what a potential career in the RAF may entail.

AIR CADETS OCEAN YOUTH TRUST SCOTLAND SAILING EXPEDITION (18 AND OVER)

HQAC have planned a 10 day sailing expedition on board the 70 Challenge Yacht "Alba Endeavour with the aim of sailing to Norway.
