Durrants Farm Weekend

Over the weekend of the 8th 9th and 10th of May 249 (Hailsham) Squadron joined with 2530 (Uckfield) Squadron and 2262 (Bexhill) Squadron for a weekend of adventure and cunningCadets took part in setting up and running a 100 ft Tyrolean Traverse over the Durrents Farm valley, learnt how to make fire using only two bits of wood and a bow and then made bread on the open fire. This was topped of with a series of exercises, testing leadership, endurance and team workThe weather was very much on the side of the cadets and staff, and every body had a great time learning new skills and testing there abilities.
