_{Staying with the changes with staff, we have also said farewell to one of our Civilian Instructors, CI Mark Carter, who you may remember from our May update attended the trek to Nepal in April this year, has now been successful in obtaining employment as a helicopter pilot based in Norwich, Norfolk.  Mark was one of 249 cadets, and we are very proud to see him manage his dream, after qualifying in America, he will continue with his training and has promised to stay in touch and help out when he can.}
