Snow fun at Crowborough Camp

249  and 2530 Squadron's,  joined together for some Christmas fun over the weekend of 18th to 20th of December.

Both Squadron battled driving snow and some interesting road condition to get Crowborough Camp. But once there, the festivity began in earnest.

The original programmed was slightly altered to take advantage of the 12 inches of snow fall. First up was a competition to build igloo's,  followed by sledging and snow ball fights.

A mix of other Adventure Training  and Shooting activity took place throught the day, followed buy a joint Squadron formal dinner.

This was a great way to fininsh of a very succsessfule year for both squadrons.

Both Commanding Officer's from Hailsham and Uckfield Sqn's would like to wish all Staff and Cadets a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year.
